Household income is based on GROSS annual income, before deductions, earned from all sources. This community has a minimum income requirement of at least two (2) times the monthly rent.
What Sources of Income are Considered?
Including but not limited to:
- Employment income
- Self-employment income
- Social Security, pensions, SSI or disability income
- Unemployment compensation
- Alimony or child support
- Reoccurring contributions or gifts
- income from assets; interest, stocks, bonds, real estate, etc.
